Wild Caught North Pacific Cod

Chili Lime Rub

Two 6 OZ cod filets generously dusted with a fusion blend of chili spices and tart lime combined to provide a mouthwatering, gentle heat that perfectly accents mild seafood.

INGREDIENTS

Cod,Paprika Powder, Salt, Maltodextrin, Garlic Granules, Sugar, Onion Granules, Cumin Powder, Spice, Oregano Chopped, Citric Acid, Paprika Red, Flavor.

CONTAINS: Fish.

PREPARATION

Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Remove frozen cod portion from sealed pouch prior to placing in preheated oven.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Bake: preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen cod portion (removed from sealed pouch) on a greased oven-safe baking dish. Bake on center rack, uncovered, for approximately 30 minutes.

Stove temperature may vary. Cooking times may require adjustment. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
