Wild Caught North Pacific Cod

Sriracha Rub

Two 6 oz cod fillets dusted with a popular Thai-inspired Sriracha rub that will turn up the heat without starting a fire.


Cod, Sugar, Salt, Maltodextrin,Garlic, Paprika and Paprika Extractives (Color), Chili Pepper, Citric Acid, Red Pepper, Rice Concentrate, Vinegar, Natural Flavors



Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Remove frozen salmon portion from sealed pouch prior to placing in preheated oven.


Bake: preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen salmon portion (removed from sealed pouch) on a greased oven-safe baking dish. Bake on center rack, uncovered, for approximately 30 minutes.

Stove temperature may vary. Cooking times may require adjustment. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
