Premium Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon
Caribbean Jerk Rub
Two 5 oz salmon fillets are flavored with combinations of red and black pepper, thyme and allspice, traditionally blended to produce an authentic, bold, sweet-spicy Caribbean jerk flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Sockeye Salmon, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper Granules, Thyme Powder, Thyme Cut, Onion Granules, Irradiated Spice, Black Pepper Powder, Spice, Vegetable Oil, Silicon Dioxide (anticaking), Flavor.
Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Remove frozen salmon portion from sealed pouch prior to placing in preheated oven.
Bake: preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen salmon portion (removed from sealed pouch) on a greased oven-safe baking dish. Bake on center rack, uncovered, for approximately 30 minutes.
Stove temperature may vary. Cooking times may require adjustment. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
